I was praying through this scripture whilst praying through a pray strategy for one of my sons,<\/p>

David said to the Giant, \u201cYou come against me with sword and spear and javelin, but I come against you in the name of the Lord Almighty, the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have defied.\u00a0 This day the Lord will deliver you into my hands, and I\u2019ll strike you down and cut off you head.\u00a0 This very day I will give the carcasses of the Philistine army to the birds and the wild animals, and the whol world will know that there is a God in Israel. 1 Samuel 17:45-46<\/p>

Now over the last few weeks I\u2019ve prayed this almost daily and I\u2019ve read this scripture many times in my life, but the other day I got a connection \u2013 probably more accurate to say another string to the bow of a connection.<\/p>

David said to the Giant\u2026<\/p>

David said to the Giant\u2026<\/p>

David said to the GiANT\u2026<\/p>

David said to the giANT\u2026<\/p>

David said to the ANT\u2026<\/p>

David said to the ant\u2026\u2026\u2026<\/p>

\u201cpfft \u2013 you come with your little body, your measly little pincers and your insignificant self \u2013 I step on ants like you by the multitude, you are NOTHING to me.\u201d<\/em><\/p>

WOAH, WOAH, WOAH \u2013 Hold the phone \u2013 WHAT?<\/p>

David wasn\u2019t<\/em> facing a GIANT \u2013 the army of Israel was facing a GIANT \u2013 but David was facing an ant<\/u><\/strong>.\u00a0 Was it 9 foot tall, armoured, bellowing, YEAP, it was, but David saw it from God\u2019s view and perspective.<\/p>

David wasn\u2019t even really brave \u2013 it wasn\u2019t even a great accomplishment in and of itself (how he got to that perspective was), it wasn\u2019t very much at all for Dave the shepherd boy.<\/p>

David was even perplexed by the army of Israel and King Saul\u2019s insistence of him wearing armour.<\/p>

David didn\u2019t see the slaying of an ant a miracle \u2013 for him it was part of his everyday.<\/p>

Oh, if only you could be like David, not Saul or Dave\u2019s bros (who incidentally weren\u2019t shocked by David behaviour just ridiculed it \u2013 like they had many times)<\/p>

There are many articles, ministries, Psalm\u2019s and scripture that tell you how David ended up having that perspective and through it slaying that giant.<\/p>

Today though I want you to start saying ANT instead \u2013 an seemingly insurmountable circumstance (a Giant) be it health, finance or relationship related, comes into your life or develops in your life \u2013 start calling it as it really, really is \u2013 an ant \u2013 see it from God\u2019s perspective.<\/p>

Don\u2019t spend hours or days in strategy living in fear \u2013 tell that circumstance that giant the TRUTH \u2013 nothing is impossible for those how love the Lord (Luke 1.37), that your God is the creator of all things (John 1:1-3), that your God is a just judge (Ps 7:111), He is the provider (Acts 14.7)\u2026..<\/p>

Tell that circumstance (Giant) that in fact it is only really an ant and that you are going to continue on with your day, life as David did -back to his normal \u2013 shepherding sheep, singing and praising God.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
